Akemi was almost in shock when he turned his head to the new figure arriving. It was really starting to annoy him a little bit, where were all these people coming from? He wondered. And one of the more questions to think about more at the time was, was that scarecrow their sensi? They were from the same village, yet he had never seen that sensi before. He shock his head. 'oh well' he thought to himself. 'If that was their sensi then ethier way they'd have to be skilled to be a sensi of a team'
Akemi quickly turned his head back to the threat that had set up the gaint explostion that never went off, Ouka. Akemi had soon breathed in deeply as he jumped high into the air, away from all the others. 'Fire Style, Fire Dragon Jutsu' he thought loudly in his mind. AKemi breathed out deeply releasing a large amount of Fire onto Ouka. He had held his breath a little longer allowing more fire then should come out.

The huge dragon of fire surged out from the boy and spiraled right to Ouka. Laughing, Ouka did a few lightning-quick hand signs, and a huge bolt of explosive lightning blew forth from her mouth, piercing through the dragon. "I make you all go boom now!" Holding out one arm toward the group before her, Ouka blew off her own arm, spraying blood toward Akemi, Koumori, Kusabana, Kagirinai, and Oni. Her arm quickly regenerated, and with a swift hand sign, she blew her blood up.
Leaping back from the trail of explosives and thunderbolt, Kusabana snarled. "Oni, was it?" she asked the beast beside her. "Let's see if we can flank her and attack from the sides. It won't be easy, though. She's got that potential kekkei-genkai, and it seems that if could be pretty dangerous...
Meanwhile, Koumori and Kagirinai had leapt back into the trees, staring up at the Bakudan Tori.
"Ready, Kagirinai?" Koumori asked. "Royaru Tenma..." With that, her demon shifted into an exact copy of her. Tossing her two katanas into the air, the two Koumoris each grabbed one and darted up into the treetops where Kansuu was trying to distract the gigantic bomb-dropping bird.
"Here. You distract it, and we'll take care of it..." Koumori rasped to the scarecrow. She watched as the Bakudan Tori, drawn toward the strange creature in the treetops, sped toward the three, showering paper bombs all the while. As soon as the bird got close enough, Koumori and Kagirinai leapt up, slashing with their katanas, though, when they struck, no blood sprayed out. Instead, they were almost torched by streams of flame.

The blowback from the blood bomb knocked Oni into a tree, but he quickly recovered due to his brute strength and durability. He growled as if to agree with Kusabana, and with a howl, he shot off to the side, propelled by a gust of wind. He skidded to a stop on the opposite side of Ouka, and howling, launched a small, horizontal tornado at the girl.
Kansuu flipped right up onto the bird's beak, between it's eyes. He roared as best as he could, fire and smoke flowing from his eyes and mouth. There was something uncanny about Kansuu's power; even if it was a smart bird, or not a crow, he had a slight control over it. Of course, this was Ouka's summon, so he couldn't actually control it, but he could startle it greatly and throw it's balance off. He jumped up, and as the bird passed under him he shot a large flurry of his hay needles into the bird's back. They just scratched the surface, so they didn't trigger the firey blood, yet. "Get out of the way!" he cried to the two Koumoris, as he swung down to near where they were. Throwing a last hay needle into the already open wound, still spurting fire, he lit the fuse on a bomb of his own. The moment the needle touched the flame, it exploded itself, and the fire from it's explosion touched the second needle, which touched the third...soon enough the bird's back, wings, and underbelly were engulfed in fire...which was enough to prematurely set off the paper bombs it held in its feathers. "Heh heh heh. What I lack in physical strength I make up for in cunning. Why outrun what you can outwit?"
While Kansuu, Koumori and Kagirinai handled the Bakudan Tori, Jinzou and Tsuta decided to help Kusabana and Oni with the main problem. "Alright Jinzou." Tsuta said, leaping from a treebranch on the perimeter of Ouka's crater. "She specializes in close to mid range techniques. My plants are short range, so I don't think I'll be able to get close enough, although I may be able to distract her or get some sneak attacks where she doesn't expect it. Oni can do both short and mid like her, so he's going to keep her busy. I don't know about that lady, but she's a Jounin so she'd be the main force, I assume. However, it'll be your Tech Bullets that hit the hardest. You can get her from farther than she can get you, and with three other opponents she won't be able to dodge very well. Got it? Got...it...Jinzou?" The tech-nin was nowhere to be seen. "Oh well. He'll fit himself in soon enough." Tsuta jumped down from the tree, making sure to keep distance from herself and the bomb-girl. Punching the ground with her left arm, she shot a large mass of ivy into the ground, attempting to snare Ouka.

Akemi had first jumped backwards away from the lightening, barely dodging its blow at the last minute, though he couldn’t get out of the way from part of Ouka’s blood getting on him just a little bit. Akemi wiped some of the blood off and onto his head. He quickly spun out a kunai knife from his pocket before gripping it very tightly, muscles showing.. He would have to be on his guard at all times with this enemy as well there was no doubt that there was another one near by.
Akemi’s eyes darkened as he faced the direction from the far away distance he was at Ouka. He would prove himself on this mission, if he didn’t get himself killed in the process. Before he did anything he turned his attention over to some of the others, watching as flames came forth almost consuming them. While they did that Akemi had went forwards towards Ouka, his speed increasing by the second going as fast as he could. He brought his fist backwards.
Within feet of her he had disappeared, appearing behind her, his fist still backwards, he let most of his chalkra fill up towards his hand for a good punch. The chalkra spun around the inside of his arm as he trusted it forwards. He was hoping not to get in the way of the tornado that was coming form the side as well that was heading for Ouka as well. If he was lucking he would be able to punch her back and into the tornado attacking area.

Akemi's hand rushed closer and closer to Ouka's head, and it would've probably crushed her mask in if her hand hadn't of caught his.
"Time to make you go boom!" she said, her eyes flashing madly. Gripping onto Akemi's wrist with her other hand, she held the genin still while she prepared to blow his guts out his back. What he didn't know was that a huge wolf was about to plow into her from behind.
Kusabana ran Ouka down, freeing her genin from the living bomb's grasp. "Get away!" she snarled to Akemi, trying to hold Ouka down long enough for Akemi to get out of range. What was she doing, threatening her own life to save Akemi? Easy. He was her genin, she was his jounin. She was supposed to defend him with her life. And she was doing just that.
"Hahahahaha! You want to go boom, too?" Ouka asked, freeing one of her arms from Kusabana.
"You dare try anything and I'll bite that arm off," Kusabana snarled. As Ouka tried to bring her arm up to blow off one of Kusabana's frotn legs, the wolf's maw shot forward, biting off the arm clean at the shoulder. Letting out a pained scream, Ouka's back arched, and blood sprayed all over, covering the wolf, but not exploding.
As soon as the scream tore forth from Ouka, the Bakudan Tori which Koumori, Kagirinai, and Kansuu were fighting disappeared in a huge explosion. Ouka simply lay there, her blood pooling around her, not moving. She wasn't dead, but it was good to feign it when you knew you were overpowered. "Lady Naahra..." Ouka whispered. "I'm done here...pull me out before they realize I'm feigning..."
"Very well..." Naahra's voice sounded in Ouka's head. Slowly, a cocoon of red crystal knit itself around Ouka, and she disappeared.
After that, Koumori and Kagirinai dropped down from the treetops. "Is it over?" Koumori asked as her demon shifted back into her true form and went back inside her host.
"No..." Kusabana whispered, shaking her head. "It's not over yet..."

Akemi’s eyes had widened as Ouka gripped his hand. ‘crap’ he thought to himself. Why was it that when he was always with his team he barely ever made an attack on the enemy? He couldn’t think about that now. His heat beat increased as he trued to think as quickly as possible when Ouka was about to kill him. His eyes shifted closely to the side, seeing from the corner of his eye seeing Kusabana sensi jumped forwards at Ouka.
When he was told to, Akemi had been about to jump backwards a few feet from the two of them. His eyes wide opened as he watched his sensi rip off the arm of the enemy. “What the..?” Akemi spoke the words very softly under his voice as red crystal like material had covered Ouka, disappearing. Like Koumori had asked the question, was it over? As their sensi said no, he had repeated the same exact in his mind at the same time. There was no way this battle was over yet.

"How anti-climactic..." Tsuta said with a slight groan. "I wanted to help, but it was over before I could get involved..." She jumped down from the tree on the battlefield's perimeter, and walked toward the other team. Oni had transformed back into a human, and was intently studying the crystal chrysilis, noting the extraordinary spikes of energy. Jinzou also found his way to the center, accompanied by his sensei. "I don't think it did end, Tsuta." Kansuu said quietly in response to the kunoichi's comment. "She was a high level ninja. She would have lost in the end to all of us together, I assume, but not that quickly. Something's odd. Besides, if she died, what would be the point of that red gem cover?" he asked rhetorically. "Good point." Jinzou began. Lights were dashing back and forth on his visor as he studied the remnants of the gem casing, in depth. "This is interesting. According to my thermal sensors, along with my radiative electroencephlegraph-" "Get on with it." Oni interrupted. "I would if you wouldn't cut me off. Anyway, as I was about to say, she still had normal body temperature and her mind was still sending out electric impulses when she vanished. To make a long story short-" "Too late." "SHUT UP! To make a long story short, she was still alive. But there's something else. Despite that she was still alive, the strength of that last attack she took cut her energy severely. There's no way SHE could have generated that gem barrier." "Meaning...There's someone else pulling the strings, and pulling that girl out of harms way. A subordinate? A partner? A boss? Who knows? But the questiong is: Who?" Tsuta finished.

"Heal yourself already. If you're going to fail me like that again, Ouka..." Naahra paused to deal a painful slap to the girl's face, "...I'll have no need for you." Narrowing her eyes, the necromancer snarled and placed one hand on the trunk of a wide oak tree. "Dammit..." she growled, eyes narrowed. "This isn't going to work. If they get to the scroll before me, I'll--" Pausing, Naahra had a mini-revelation right then and there. "I can always create another Freya. With all the magic I've absorbed over the years, I won't even have to gather the skeleton and everything. Just a simple wave of the hand and she'd be there, or at least...a clone of her." Shrugging, Naahra turned back to Ouka, who had healed herself and was examining her newly-healed arm.
"Ouka, come with me. We're going to take a break." With a wave of her hand, three huge red beasts appeared. The first was a three headed dragon with six wings, two tails, and eighteen eyes. It looked like it would be able to take on the entirety of a village with ease, just with its sheer size. The second was a doglike creature with shaggy fur, long, droopy ears, six legs, and four tails. It wasn't nearly as large as the dragon, but from its gaping mouth, it dribbled a bright red substance that seemed to burn through the forest floor. The third beast was a large serpentlike creature that was larger than the other two combined. It was halfway burrowed into the ground, but based on the distance from the head to the tail, it was about thirty feet long. Smirking, Naahra narrowed her eyes. "These three will keep watch while I take a rest and you recover...
Meanwhile, Kusabana was trying to make out what Jinzou had said. "So...she was still alive, and...wait," Stepping forward, Kusabana knelt down before the remains of the crystal that had engulfed the living bomb. Picking up one of the shards, the Tenkuu bent down, sniffed it, then licked it slightly.
"Naahra von Lohengrin," she murmered. "If she's the one leading this, and that bomb is one of her subordinates, we will be in for a long, grueling battle, and..." She paused to take a deep breath, "I doubt I will be able to protect you all. She's as good as they come, being able to create the most powerful beasts with just a wave of the hand..."
Koumori, hearing this, shook her head. "If she's as powerful as you say, then we'll need all the help we can get..."

Akemi nodded his head as he crossed his arms. She seemed very powerful indeed and it would take at least all of them to stop her. Akemi brushed some sweat from his forehead though there wasn’t much there. Being that they had encountered her now, other then getting passed her and her power they would have to find the scroll before she did, if that was what she was truly after.
Akemi twisted his head behind him as his red eyes stared over into the direction of the other team, he really didn’t like that thought of having more people, but they would need them for this mission. Other then what had happened when they first met them and his sensi getting them pretty easily, though she was powerful anyway, there seemed to be more skill to them from what he had already see. "Should we start heading out now?. . " he said looking over towards his sensi.

Tsuta felt an eerie feeling, and turned, but there was no one there. She winced in a slight pain as one of the dog-monster's acid drool drops ate through the root of a tree, but disregarded it. She was the most in tune with nature in her team, and she felt like something was off.
"Yuck." Jinzou muttered when Kusabana licked the crystal. "Nara von Longwhogrin?" Oni asked. "I've never heard of her." "You don't mean..." their sensei started. "I've heard of A Naahra von Lohengrin, but this can't possibly be the same one. The sorceress who can create monsters and demons with a snap of her fingers? The one who could kill us all in an instant?" Kansuu looked worried. "I've heard tales, but never actually seen her. Lucky me, I suppose. Are you sure it's wise to continue any mission if that woman is out there?" "Kansuu-sensei, you sound like you're afraid..." Jinzou smiled under his visor. "Are you suggesting we back out? Are you a scarecrow, or a scared-chicken?" Even Oni, who never liked to give Jinzou credit, snickered at that one. "By the way," Oni began, turning to the Tenkuu, "since we're putting ourselves in this mission as well-" "And there's no way you'll get rid of us." Jinzou added. "Don't interrupt me!" "You interrupted me before." "Since we're in this mission as well, you might as well tell us what the objective actually is." Oni ignored Jinzou. "Kansuu-sensei sent us on a wild goose chase, but things turned interesting and by the looks of things, some extra hands wouldn't be unhelpful."

Standing up and dropping the shard onto the ground, Kusabana nodded. "I'm afraid so, Kansuu. I've seen her fight before...back when I first became a jounin, and...she's merciless. If we get on her bad side, we're as good as..." she paused, shaking her head. "I don't even want to think about it..." She was about to answer Oni's question about what their mission was, but was interrupted by Koumori.
"If you must know," she rasped slightly, "We're looking for a scroll. Ever heard of the Scroll of Ages?"
"If you wouldn't interrupt me," Kusabana snarled, casting her genin a venomous glare. Releasing a heavy breath as a huff, she looked up. "Now, I'm only going to say this once. This mission was given to MY team, so if you don't want to get yourselves turned into mincemeat--pumpkin--straw--whatever, you'll follow MY orders. Got that?"
"And if you don't..." Koumori hissed, a small, sadistic smirk crawling onto her face, "I'm sure Kusabana-sensei, Akemi, and I would withdraw, leaving you to the von Lohengrin's fury..."
Turning a confused eye to her genin, Kusabana took one cautious step away from her.
/Must be Kagirinai.../ she thought. /That demon is certainly making her a vicious little thing.../

Jinzou seemed to stare intently at Koumori, but really he was scanning every inch of her. What was strange was that she had two, drastically different energy signatures within her. One was relatively benign, same as any ninja. But one was just psycho. He had that same type of reading when he had scanned Oni, and found Oni's beast within. He made a mental note to steer clear of that one.
"Never heard of the Scroll of Ages." Oni shrugged honestly. "But it sounds fun. Balancing on a razor's edge of life and death...makes a change from weeding." He grinned.
"Fine, fine." Kansuu replied to Kusabana's demand with an annoying aloofness. "Saves me the trouble of bossing around these kids anyway. Tell you what; You do a good job and I'll let you take these three." His team glared at him, but knew he was joking as he usually was. "What's with that one, anyway?" he asked, pointing at Koumori. "My throat's full of hay, and I sound better than her." he commented rudely. His team looked at each other. It was unlike Kansuu to be so rude to strangers, but then again he had probably been offended by Koumori. He didn't look or act like it most of the time, but he was really loyal to his team. "We'll just tail along." he said, biting his wrist and pulling out a long needle of hay. The tip burst on fire, and he began to smoke it like a cigarette. "You won't even know we're there."

Akemi had turned his head towards Koumori as she said this. He didn't really care for the other genin at the moment, what ever happened to them happened to them, that wasn't much of his problem, now was it. Akemi shifted his head over "Darn" he said snapping to fingers off to the side as he stared at the other leaf genin. "And I was hoping they would just leave" he muttered under his voice with a laugh. "Can we just go" Akemi growled under his breath. He seemed eager for something, though he wasn't like that most o fthe time.

Tsuta, who hadn't been saying much, turned to the other Genin. He wasn't exactly friendly, but friendlier than the other one. "Hi, I'm Tsuta, if you recall. By process of elimination, you must be Akemi?" she asked. "If I may, before, was that the Sharingan in your eye? Only I thought that only Uchihas had the Sharingan, yet the clan was wiped out, weren't they?"

(Maybe if we're lucky Ookami will come lol)
Akemi turned his head, facing Tsuta. “Yeah I wish” he said rubbing the back of his hand. Having the sharingon would be awesome. “They just seem to go that color, looking like it” he answered her. He wish he even new why they did, for all he knew it could have been some family trait, but he never asked anyone about it. Akemi crossed his arms. He was getting a little tired of this at the moment.
